9:00 am
The salon opens
The front-desk terminal turns on the TV, starts the salon's music and brings the window display to the front. The music keeps playing underneath.

The product and its messages are in Spanish, as used in Argentina. Captions are in English.
9:00 am
The front-desk terminal turns on the TV, starts the salon's music and brings the window display to the front. The music keeps playing underneath.
9:15 am
Every client booked for today gets an email to confirm. Lucía answers “I can't make it”: her 3 pm slot frees itself and Ana, her stylist, is notified.
10:40 am
Sofía asks through the salon's website chat. The assistant offers the slot that just opened up, quotes the price from the salon's own list and books it.
11:30 am
Hebra One learns each client's own visit rhythm and finds the ones who are overdue. The campaign goes out with a coupon for each client's last service.
12:30 pm
The straightening treatment gets a new price on the list. Within seconds it is up to date in the online store, the bookings and the website chat, and it is published to the Google Business Profile. Nobody types it twice.
3:00 pm
A chime rings at the front desk, the appointment card appears and a voice announces it. On the window TV the notice runs silently, so the music keeps playing.
4:40 pm
Sofía pays part in cash and the rest with Mercado Pago. The payment arrives with a sound, matches itself to her appointment, and the electronic invoice is issued through ARCA, Argentina's tax agency.
5:40 pm
A five-star Google review comes in. The AI writes the reply, signed by the salon.
8:00 pm
With the register PIN, the cash count opens up: what came in by payment method and how much cash should be in the drawer. The music pauses on its own and the window display invites passers-by to book after hours.
Month end
On the day the salon chooses, the owner gets “September in numbers” and the accountant gets the VAT position with the spreadsheet attached. Nobody had to open the app to ask for them.
Tap the terminal's menu to explore the app, or pick a moment of the day.

Everything a salon runs on, from the register to the window display, in one app. Tap a module to see it at work.
Matches Mercado Pago payments to appointments on its own, takes split payments and prepares the day's cash count to print at closing.
A touchscreen with a chime and a voice for every appointment, a sound for every payment and amounts hidden until someone enters the PIN.
One column per stylist, free slots in plain sight and appointments you move by dragging them.
The website chat, with an assistant that quotes from the price list, books appointments and hands the conversation to a person when needed.
ARCA electronic invoicing inside the register: invoices go out on their own and reach each client by email, with credit notes when needed.
Prices by hair length in a single list. Change a price and it updates itself in the online store, the bookings and the website chat, and gets published to the Google Business Profile.
The salon's inbox inside the app, with an AI draft ready to review and send for every reply.
Audiences built from each client's own visit rhythm, a coupon for her last service and results all the way to revenue.
The salon's TV with scheduled signage, a silent appointment notice and music that starts at opening and pauses at closing.
Automatic segments, Google reviews on each client's profile and replies drafted by AI and published by a person.
Commissions on what actually came in and, when the month closes, two emails: the month at a glance and the VAT position with the ledger for the accountant.
Hebra One's AI engine knows each salon: its price list, its calendar and its services. With that it answers, drafts replies and hands a person whatever isn't its call.
The animations use sample data and reproduce screens from the app, which is in Spanish.

Everyone who passes through a salon sees one part of it. Hebra One brings all the parts together.
The owner
Knows what matters without having to go and look.
The front desk
The register open all day, with sounds and a voice.
The stylists
Get paid on what came in, and know who's next.
The clients
Book whenever they like, and the salon remembers them.
The accountant
Gets the month's VAT with the spreadsheet ready.
The window display & music
The salon's TV runs itself, from opening to closing.
In a salon, a mistake isn't a bug: it's a client who walks away. That's why Hebra One works by clear rules, even the ones you never see on screen.
More than 20 years in Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires: hair, color, treatments, nails and waxing. Hebra One was born behind its front desk, and every feature is tested there before it ships.

We're bringing on salons in Buenos Aires City and Greater Buenos Aires. Salons that join now set it up with us, at their own front desk, and keep these terms.
We'll share the price in the demo, based on your salon's size.
The founding-salon price doesn't change for the whole first year.
We come to the salon and leave the price list, team, clients and register all loaded.

Not to get started: Hebra One runs on the front-desk computer and on your phone. Before installing we look at what you already have and, if it's worth adding something, like a touchscreen for the front desk or a device for the window-display TV, we tell you what.
Yes. It connects to the salon's Mercado Pago account, and every payment shows up in the register and matches itself to its appointment. Cash, card and bank transfers go into the same daily cash count.
Yes. ARCA electronic invoicing is built into the register, and each invoice reaches the client by email.
Yes. During installation we load your price list, your team and your clients, from a spreadsheet or from the system you use today if it lets you export them.
It answers with your price list and your calendar, and if a fact isn't there, it doesn't make it up. Anything that needs judgment goes to a person on the team, and you decide how far it goes.
The data belongs to the salon. You can cancel whenever you want and ask us for a full copy; then we delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
We're bringing on the first salons. Founding salons set it up with us and help decide what comes next.
We show it to you with your salon's prices, team and services.
We set it up with you: price list, calendar, clients and the register.
